Yaofeng Radar officially launches the second phase of its ERP system project

After a year of unremitting efforts, the first phase construction goal of Yaofeng Radar ERP system has been successfully achieved. The business processes of sales, procurement, inventory, research and development, production, and finance modules have been basically smooth. In order to further achieve the management mode of business finance integration and refined management, the company has decided to launch the second phase of the ERP system.

On the afternoon of October 28, 2024, Yaofeng Radar held a kickoff meeting for the ERP system phase II project. The meeting formulated a detailed implementation plan and completion milestones for the phase II project, and proposed three major goals at the meeting:

1、 Realize refined management of enterprises and comprehensively improve the standardization of operational processes in various departments of the enterprise;

2、 Implement full process quality management of products;

3、 Realize integrated management of enterprise business and finance.

General Manager Xie Fuhua pointed out that through the launch of the second phase of the project, the ERP system should achieve full process control from project contact to implementation. Quality issues can be traced back to their roots, and financial supervision can also be integrated throughout. We need to strengthen compliance management, enhance operational capabilities, build a digital system, fully leverage the role of the integrated management and control platform for business and finance, and build the ability for standardized management of enterprises.
